The city is home to many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. For a more active type of festival, there are regular mountain running races throughout the year as part of the Ticino Mountain Running Cup. A day trip on the Lago Lugano is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? I like the location, easy to get here by the bus from the train station. Food stores are close by, I like to eat healthy, so I prepare some meals, have fruits and vegetables I mins walk away. I also like the availability from a washer and dryer. I was here last year and knew I will be back and I do plan on coming back again.

Appartamento accogliente e funzionale, ottima posizione per raggiungere comodamente il centro a piedi e ben collegato alla stazione (fermata del bus a pochi metri). In pochi metri c’è tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno durante un breve soggiorno e poi il check in online è comodissimo. Ottimo!

A modern building with well equipped, modern flats. Overall it is quite nice. The lake is 15 min away by foot. The key is digital, you get it in the app on your phone so make sure you don’t run out of battery, otherwise can’t get in. I didn’t enjoy the sound isolation - at night could hear the neighbors moving around with closed windows and obviously the door. And all the light switches have these little lights which are always on and there are a lot of them around the room, so it’s not completely dark. If I stay there again I would take an eye mask and ear plugs.
