Dieses stilvolle Studio-Apartment liegt im Zentrum von Chamonix Sud, in der Nähe aller Skianlagen und aller Après-Ski-Aktivitäten. Im ersten Stock einer neuen Residenz, mit stilvollem Dekor und Holzböden in allen Räumen, bietet dieses Studio Platz für 2 Personen. Das luftige Wohnzimmer hat eine Glastür, die auf einen privaten Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen führt, wo die Gäste sitzen und den Blick über den Platz bis zu den Bergen genießen können. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sofa, einen Smart-TV und einen Esstisch für 2 Personen. Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem Herd, einer Mikrowelle, einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Schlafen Das Sofa lässt sich in ein bequemes Doppelbett umwandeln. Badezimmer Das gepflegte Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Waschmaschine. Zusätzliche - Balkon - Waschmaschine - Flachbildfernseher - kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz (Parkplätze können nicht garantiert werden), aber Auto nicht notwendig - Skiaufbewahrung - Nähe zum Skifahren und Skilift - Nähe zum Skibus - Wifi nicht verfügbar Lage Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Süden von Chamonix, weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Seilbahnstation Aiguille du Midi entfernt. Der Bahnhof Chamonix Aiguille du Midi für den Mont-Blanc-Express ist ebenfalls 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nahe gelegenen Pisten sind bei Skifahrern und Snowboardern gleichermaßen beliebt. Der Gipfel der Aiguille du Midi in der Nähe des Mont Blanc ist in den Sommermonaten ein Anziehungspunkt für Bergsteiger, Kletterer und Gleitschirmflieger. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix liegen vor der Haustür, darunter Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf und Reiten. Chamonix verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Besucher das ganze Jahr über benötigen, darunter zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel. Jeden Samstagmorgen findet in Chamonix ein Wochenmarkt statt. Hier können Sie die frischesten Zutaten direkt von den Erzeugern kaufen, um sie zu Hause zu probieren. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt.

Logement petit mais pratique et fonctionnelle et surtout très bien placé. Le nécessaire est présent et le lit est plutôt confortable pour un canapé-lit. Je recommande aux voyageurs de passage dans cette superbe vallée!

Le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, juste en face du téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. La terrasse, donnant sur une place piétonne, est un vrai atout pour profiter du calme. Enfin, la place de parking en sous-sol est très appréciable à Chamonix.
