Situado a solo unos pasos de la famosa Piazza Grande de Locarno, este romántico estudio te ofrece el punto de partida perfecto para disfrutar de todo lo que esta encantadora ciudad tiene para ofrecer. Desde el funicular hasta la histórica Madonna del Sasso, pasando por la Cetrería de Locarno y el Lido di Locarno, todas las atracciones de esta localidad a orillas del lago se encuentran a solo unos pasos del apartamento vacacional.
Este acogedor refugio, situado en la quinta planta, cuenta con acceso en ascensor y ofrece algunas de las vistas panorámicas más atractivas de Locarno. Dispone de una zona de dormitorio muy luminosa, con grandes ventanas que permiten un contacto máximo con la naturaleza, y calefacción central para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en cualquier época del año. Un comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada hacen que la estancia con cocina propia sea muy cómoda.
El equipamiento básico de la cocina incluye horno, cafetera Mokka, placa de inducción, tostadora y nevera con congelador.
Se puede proporcionar un dispositivo móvil con wifi por un suplemento.

En el estudio hay una cama doble y un sofá cama individual.

El moderno cuarto de baño está equipado con ducha y aseo.

Nota:
A tu llegada, encontrarás un kit de bienvenida gratuito que incluye una toalla de baño y una toalla de cara por persona, un kit de ducha, dos rollos de papel higiénico, un kit de cocina con detergente para platos y una esponja, y una bolsa de basura de 35 litros proporcionada por el ayuntamiento.
Dado que se trata de un alojamiento con cocina, estos artículos se proporcionan por cortesía por si se te olvida algo. Cualquier otro producto que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia se puede comprar en los supermercados cercanos.
Ubicación
El apartamento vacacional goza de una de las ubicaciones más envidiables de Locarno, desde donde podrás explorar todo a pie. A un paso se encuentran varios restaurantes, el Casino de Locarno y un supermercado.
A menos de 5 minutos a pie se encuentra el Lungalago de Locarno, con un paseo junto al lago ideal para románticos paseos nocturnos; la Piazza Grande, con sus animadas tiendas, restaurantes y heladerías; la preciosa Fontana Pedrazzini e incluso el funicular que lleva a la emblemática Madonna del Sasso. Para nuestros huéspedes más activos, el Lido di Locarno, un campo de golf y la famosa cetrería de Locarno se encuentran a entre 15 y 20 minutos a pie. Por su parte, para quienes deseen disfrutar de un pícnic y relajarse en las tardes de verano a orillas del lago, los Giardini Jean Arp están a 10 minutos a pie de aquí. Los amantes del arte también estarán de enhorabuena, ya que el Museo de Arte se encuentra aproximadamente a la misma distancia.
El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Lugano (a 48 minutos en coche) y el aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el de Milán-Malpensa, a aproximadamente 1 hora y 45 minutos en coche de este alojamiento vacacional en Locarno.
Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas en este alojamiento.

Es ist eine schöne Lage, bequem zu Fuß zu allen Shops, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Um die Ecke ist die Bushaltestelle, wo es einen direkten Bus nach Orselina Madonna del Sasso gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat super Aussicht auf den heiligen Berg und das große Bett ist mega bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie warmherzig empfehlen.

The room met all our expectations. The Prosecco bottle is a nice touch. Negative: too insistent on contacting me : I received 5 emails, 1 booking.com notifiaction and was contacted by 3 different phone numbers on whatsapp (all of this before my arrival). Posizione molto comoda, in pieno centro. Facilità di check-in, check-out, ufficio molto vicino all'appartamento.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nur die Küche ist von der Ausstattung her nicht optimal (teilweise alte Pfannen, kein gutes Rüstmesser).

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt. Die Platzverhältnisse mit Kleinkind waren etwas eng, aber sonst tiptop.

Very central location. Close to the station, piazza grande and lake. The building was quiet and had no noise from neighbooring appartments.
