Cet appartement climatisé d'une chambre pour les petits groupes est idéal pour explorer Alassio et ses plages à pied tout au long de l'année. L'appartement situé au premier étage dispose d'une terrasse privée et d'une salle à manger en plein air pour se détendre. À l'intérieur, l'appartement est décloisonné et dispose d'un grand canapé, d'une télévision par satellite et d'une kitchenette bien équipée avec des éléments essentiels comme une machine à café et un réfrigérateur avec congélateur pour un séjour sans souci et agréable. Le célèbre mur d'Alassio (Muretto di Alassio) et le port de plaisance d'Alassio se trouvent tous deux à 20 minutes de marche de la location de vacances. Budello di Alassio est l'une des destinations shopping les plus populaires de la ville, un endroit charmant pour découvrir les cafés, les restaurants et les boutiques d'artisanat, à environ 25 minutes de marche ou à 5 minutes de route. Les restaurants du front de mer servent des plats délicieux et offrent des vues incroyables sur la mer. En plus d'être une excellente destination balnéaire avec des plages bien équipées et facilement accessibles, la ville possède également plusieurs attractions historiques et culturelles. Par ailleurs, les sentiers de randonnée du mont Bignone se trouvent à 10 minutes en voiture et offrent de superbes points de vue en guise de récompense. L'aéroport le plus proche de l'appartement de vacances est celui de Gênes, situé à environ 70 minutes de route. Le train d'Alassio se trouve à environ 20 minutes de marche.

Buon alloggio a poca distanza dalle attrazioni principali. Pulito e accessibile. Posto macchina incluso. Unica nota positiva e che avevamo richiesto il wifi perchè dovevamo lavorare in smart, ci era stato detto che ce l'avrebbero fatto trovare. L'abbiamo pagato ma non sono mai riusciti a farcelo avere. Rimborsato successivamente ma ci si è dovuti aggiustare su come avere una connessione. Per il resto l'alloggio è come lo si descrive. Sicuramente consigliato.

The host was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, although the walk is quite steep. Alassio itself is a charming town with cozy bars, a pier, lots of restaurants and little shops in picturesque streets.

Walking distance to everything in the city, incl. beaches. Apartment is pretty big and has a large terrace. Apartment is in a very quite neighbourhood and windows have roller shutters, so apartment stayed cool while we were gone.
