Priča o Sretni najmovi

Our journey began in 2007, when our owners established a property management and holiday rental company in Italy, on beautiful Lake Como. Second homeowners themselves, they could see there was a strong demand for professional property management and holiday rental service. Their entrepreneurial insight saw an exciting opportunity to step up and provide the dedicated support needed for homeowners living far away from their holiday homes. Since its inception, the Lake Como office has been a real success and provided the perfect platform for Happy.Rentals to expand their territory further.

The first local office opened in the popular ski resort of Livigno, Italy, marking the beginning of Happy.Rentals ambition to serve both summer and winter destinations. Then, the expansion continued to the Swiss Italian lakes (Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano) and Lake Garda. The authentic holiday destination of Forte dei Marmi on the Tuscan coast was another exciting step forward. Happy.Rentals ambition for growth in winter destinations developed further, with the opening of local offices in Chamonix and Argentière, at the foot of Mont Blanc in France. Over time, we extended our presence across Italy (with new offices in Liguria, Apulia, Sardinia and Sicily) and in key European holiday destinations, including Croatia, Slovenia and Greece.

As of 2025, Happy.Rentals counts more than 40 local offices spread in 12 European countries and Cabo Verde, in the most popular holiday destinations.
