This charming apartment for 4 is on the first floor of a stunning historic building, close to the heart of Riva del Garda. It is the ideal base from which to explore this gorgeous town and surrounding countryside. The town combines the best of all worlds, history, culture, delicious food and a multitude of activities on the lake and in the mountains.
Although the building is several hundred years old, the apartment has contemporary interiors. It consists of a spacious living area, with beamed wooden ceilings, which is furnished with an elegant sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. Next to these is a fitted kitchenette. This is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a kettle.

The apartment is in a central location with all the amenities and sites of Riva del Garda on your doorstep. Guests can immerse themselves in the local culture, visit historic landmarks such as the Apponale Tower (4 minute walk), and browse through quaint boutiques and artisanal shops. The lakefront is just a 2-minute walk away. The Lungolago walk offers wonderful views out over Lake Garda.
The town’s lakeshore beach is just 15 minutes walk away. Here visitors can swim, paddle board, windsurf or just relax in the sun.
For self-catering Riva del Garda’s weekly farmers’ market takes place every Wednesday morning in Piazza 3 Novembre. Here you can find the best and freshest local produce to enjoy at home.
As visitors walk out of the front door, they cannot fail to miss the stunning mountains close to the town. The surrounding region offers numerous hiking and biking trails, allowing adventurers to explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Trentino region. For those who wish to enjoy rock climbing, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco, is just a 10-minute drive away.

Apartment in a very beautiful and quiet area of the historic center of Riva del Garda. Cozy and functional. The bathroom doesn’t have a window but is equipped with an exhaust fan. I’d just add a few more items to the kitchen utensils...like some salad bowls. Towels and sheets were provided. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d gladly return. Managed by an agency right nearby—very kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment has an excellent location — on a very quiet street, yet just a few steps from the lively streets of Riva del Garda, full of shops, restaurants, and cafés. It is also conveniently close to the lake, ferry terminal, main attractions and bus station. Nearby luggage storage was extremely convenient for our early arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We were four people and felt wonderful throughout our stay. We had an unforgettable time in magical Riva del Garda. We highly recommend this apartment as the perfect base for exploring Lake Garda. We especially appreciated being able to board the morning ferries from Riva del Garda comfortably, without the crowds and rush found at busier locations. We would happily stay here again. Die Unterkunft liegt im historischen Zentrum von Riva del Garda, zentral und doch sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße der Touristenwege!! Kurze Wege zu vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Strand war sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den Fliegengittern an den Fenstern konnten wir in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die zentrale und auch verkehrsberuhigte Lage muss die An- und Abreise allerdings etwas organisiert werden, da man nicht bis zur Unterkunft fahren kann. Zu zweit aber kein Problem. Dank der Hilfe im Büro Happy.Rentals haben wir ca. 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernt kostenfrei parken können. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub :-)

Great location! Place was close to everything within walking distance and quiet area! The only downside was the shower drain that was clogged. They provided a solution for the clogged drain but did not work properly. Also, the warm water was intermittent with cold water.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over het verblijf. Het appartementje was zoals op de foto. Er was zeker genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen. Echter zou het keuken materiaal iets beter kunnen. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld geen peper en zout, geen schaar en waren de messen niet meer zo scherp. Het is een heel toffe buurt, op wandelafstand van het meer en is rustig gelegen. We zijn blij dat we in dit appartementje hebben kunnen verblijven.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem sauberen & hübsch eingerichteten Appartement. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Der eigenständige Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert, allerdings haben wir unsere Guest Cards nicht mit dem Schlüssel erhalten. Auf Nachfrage nach den Karten war die Ansprechperson vor Ort via Messenger nicht hilfreich. Sie sagte unsere Karten seien an andere Touristen vergeben worden (wie kann das sein?) und reagierte dann gar nicht mehr auf meine Nachfrage, wie wir an unsere Karten kommen können. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation hier sehr langsam. Wir haben dann erst nach Tagen und durch die Kommunikation über airbnb einen Link für unsere Guest Cards bekommen haben (das ging dann schnell). Es wäre also durchaus früher möglich gewesen und hätte uns Geld für Bustickets gespart. Die Kommunikation auf airbnb war angenehm, via Messenger sehr ärgerlich. Der TV hat für uns zudem nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt haben wir uns dennoch wohlgefühlt.

l alloggio nel complesso è carino ma con difficoltà per ambientarsi abbiamo trovato una bottiglia credo di ben venuto di prosecco sul tavolo incandescente ed il frigo mal funzionante le prese sono solo di quelle piccole quindi è opportuno munirsi di ciavatta presa piccola in è out sia piccole che grandi i ventilatori praticamente i utili è vero che nei centri storici c'è il problema dei motori esterni ma esistono soluzioni tipo quelli interni con bocchetta aria alla finestra per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole e non una sauna ventilata il materasso del letto pessimo i si alza con dolori un po da tutte le parti poiché troppo molle televisione praticamente inutilizzabile perché funziona solo con applicazione ma impossibile da configurare a questo prezzo si trova molto di più funzionale . Secondo me da evitare a meno che non si alinea adeguatamente per rendere il soggiorno piacevole io ho preferito dormire a terra per a ere un po di fresco una cosa impensabile per chi va in vacanza

l alloggio nel complesso è carino ma con difficoltà per ambientarsi abbiamo trovato una bottiglia credo di ben venuto di prosecco sul tavolo incandescente ed il frigo mal funzionante le prese sono solo di quelle piccole quindi è opportuno munirsi di ciavatta presa piccola in è out sia piccole che grandi i ventilatori praticamente i utili è vero che nei centri storici c'è il problema dei motori esterni ma esistono soluzioni tipo quelli interni con bocchetta aria alla finestra per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole e non una sauna ventilata il materasso del letto pessimo i si alza con dolori un po da tutte le parti poiché troppo molle televisione praticamente inutilizzabile perché funziona solo con applicazione ma impossibile da configurare a questo prezzo si trova molto di più funzionale . Secondo me da evitare a meno che non si alinea adeguatamente per rendere il soggiorno piacevole io ho preferito dormire a terra per a ere un po di fresco una cosa impensabile per chi va in vacanza
