L’appartamento è in ottima posizione, con terrazzino dal quale si gode di una piacevole vista mare laterale. Si può accedere alla spiaggia da una scalinata, circa 100 gradini ed in fondo, per gli appassionati, c’è un parco per calisthenics tenuto benissimo. Il mare è molto bello. Nelle vicinanze ci sono locali e ristoranti.
