Here, every Wednesday morning, the town hosts a weekly market, which is the best place to find the freshest local produce, from olive oil and cheeses to honey and fruit. For those keen on further exploration, the picturesque towns of Otranto and Lecce provide more history and culture and are approximately a 25-minute drive.
