Ideal for friends or families who want to holiday together, but keep some degree of privacy or independence. The ground-floor apartment for 8 people has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor apartment for 6 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each has a kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The kitchens are well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The property features private and shared gardens. The terrace has spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The shaded outdoor dining area has a barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by greenery. Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., under penalty of a fine.
