Located in Losone, in a quiet area surrounded by secondary roads, Casa Viola is the ideal location for a large family or a group of friends wishing to spend a holiday together near the shores of Lake Maggiore. Each of the two apartments can accommodate up to four people, for a total of eight people. Casa Viola offers our guests two apartments in the same building with independent entrances, a private covered garage, an outdoor parking space, and a beautiful garden where you can spend much of the day; ideal for al fresco dinners and aperitifs. The ground-floor apartment has a convenient independent access. From the external gate, you reach the front door, which leads into the bright living room, ready to accommodate four people, with a dining table and an open-plan kitchen. The apartment also includes two bedrooms, one double with a French window that opens onto the external passageway leading to the garden, and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. Casa Viola offers a second apartment with a separate entrance, accessible from the external staircase. From the external stairs, entering the house, you'll find a bright living room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and armchairs for convivial moments. A fully equipped kitchen is separate but does not have a door connecting the living room. In addition to the kitchen and a bright living room, we offer two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and sink is available separately from the small guest bathroom with a toilet and an additional sink, located in an adjacent cubicle. A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden is furnished with a table and four chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or evenings. Each apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. The nearest lakeside location is the Ascona lakeside promenade, just a 5-6 minute drive (2.5 km). Locarno's main square (Piazza Grande) is just a 7-minute drive (3.5 km).

Wunderschönes Anwesen. Sehr zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wichtig zu wissen: Es handelt sich um zwei Wohnungen ohne Verbindungstür. Kommunikation mit Host war sehr proaktiv, freundlich und gut organisiert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen. Es waren zwei Wohnungen für je 4 Personen - es war fast nicht möglich, zusammen zu essen. Aus dem Inserat ist das nicht (klar) hervorgegangen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Christian war super. Sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten zu Zweit um einen Tag verlängern, doch der Vermieter wollte eine viel zu hohe Summe. Das fanden wir schade. Insgesamt etwas überteuert.
