Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the open-plan living space to the terrace, so the water view follows you from the L-shaped sofa to the dining table, while the kitchen handles self-catering easily with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Outside, the shared garden holds a children's pool and table tennis, making it perfect for families. During summer, you can also relax in the shared outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna, and a pop-up bar by the water.
