Formigine is within easy reach of Italy's Motor Valley. The Maranello Ferrari Museum is a 10-minute drive, with test drives available nearby, while the Enzo Ferrari Museum and Modena's UNESCO-listed historic centre, home to its Cathedral, Piazza Grande and Torre Civica, are both a 20-minute drive. For a slower pace, the Colombarone Oasis nature reserve, with its ponds, poplars and walking trails, makes for an easy picnic trip in that same 10 minutes.
