The spacious living-dining room is furnished with a contemporary sofa, flat-screen Smart TV and dining table, with French windows opening onto the garden. A separate, well-equipped kitchen sits alongside the living space, with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and Moka coffee pot, plus a small table and chairs for casual meals. French windows lead from the kitchen to one of two outdoor dining areas. The fully fenced garden is the heart of the property, with a private unheated swimming pool, a shaded dining area, seating for an evening aperitivo, a table tennis table and a barbecue — all set in a quiet, very sunny spot with lovely mountain views. Supermarkets and food shops are less than a 10-minute drive away, and a weekly market is held every Thursday morning in Vicchio's Piazza 6 Marzo, just 8 minutes away. Vicchio's railway station is a 5-minute drive from the house, with direct trains reaching the heart of Florence in just 50 minutes. Florence Airport is a 55-minute drive away, while Bologna's Guglielmo Marconi Airport is around 1 hour 20 minutes away.
