The house, which is surrounded by trees, sleeps 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a sofa, wood-burning stove and dining table for 6. Large glass doors lead directly to a covered balcony which looks out over the pool. There is a large table which is ideal for dining at any time of day. The open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and kettle. There is a lower ground floor, accessed from the garden, where guests can use a summer kitchen with a cooker hob, oven and fridge, plus an additional shower and WC. The outside space has been carefully designed. The private swimming pool is below the house next to a spacious terrace with tables and chairs and a large parasol. Beyond the pool, guests can relax on sun loungers. A separate terrace with a unique barrel table has a brick grill for outdoor cooking. Sleeping Bedroom: The first-floor bedroom, under the pitched roof, has 4 single beds, a flat-screen TV and drawers. Bedroom 2: There is a comfortable double bed. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: On the ground floor, this bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. Bathroom 2: In the summer kitchen, there is a second bathroom with a shower, basin and WC.
