We had room Paganini 4. It looks like each room is different. Paganini 4 was spacious, everything was clean except of the floor. The floor was super dirty. No hairdryer in the room, we have asked reception, but it was super old and stops to work after couple of seconds, so na chance to use it. Also no handsoap in the room. From advantages: big fridge with freezer, free parking next door. There is a public beach in the area. Water in the lake is not always clean, one day was „oily“, I don’t know exactly what it was

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt am Luganer See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir uns kostenlos Fahrräder und Strandliegen ausleihen konnten. Etwas schade war, dass wir nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war, im Hauptgebäude der Anlage untergebracht waren. Auch gab es an der Decke des Appartements und im Badezimmer defekte, die uns jedoch nicht weiter eingeschränkt haben.

Die Wohnung entsprach den gezeigten Bildern. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Eine der Fensterscheiben der Balkontür war bei Ankunft von außen kaputt, wurde aber bei Beanstandung sofort repariert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Ferienhausanlage wirkte etwas ungepflegt- teilweise lag Müll in der Anlage verstreut und die Spielplätze waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für kleine Kinder war es trotzdem ein guter Standort, da hier der Zugang zum See über einen kleinen Strand erfolgt. Die Nähe zum Ort und auch zum Comersee ist toll für Ausflüge.

Het appartement was schoon en dat vinden wij belangrijk. Jammer, dat het zwembad niet open was. En bijzonder dat je slechts tijdens beperkte openingstijden gebruik kon maken van de wasruimte.

Het Appartement was zeer netjes met alle voorzieningen die je voor een paar dagen nodig hebt. Ook kan je zo lopend naar een strandtent Panama waar je bedjes kan huren direct aan het meer met prachtig uitzicht. Ook loop je vanaf het appartement zo naar de boulevard/stadje. De waterval en Menaggio Como is 20 min rijden.

Is a minimal accommodation. Very noisy with one family underneath and we had to have the windows open due to the heat and lack of air conditioning. Great location for the lake and the staff were great. One toilet roll and one dish washer tablet plus minimal other items. Not a deal breaker but compared to other places we’ve stayed at over the years, it doesn’t score well. However, we find that all commercial resort style places are like this. Great location. Loved walking the lake front and enjoying the Italian evenings. The boat hire on the lake was great value. So good location, but minimal accommodation.

Bonjour, nous avons apprécié l'appartement cependant il ne correspondait pas à l'appartement que j'ai choisi sur le site booking.com. j'avais demandé un appartement avec terrasse et j'ai eu celui avec le balcon moins cher. A part ça tout était très bien, l'accueil était très bien et les commodités aussi. Le site est très agréable.
