Situato a pochi passi dalla famosa Piazza Grande di Locarno, questo romantico monolocale rappresenta il punto di partenza perfetto per godervi tutto ciò che questa affascinante città ha da offrire. Dalla funicolare alla storica Madonna del Sasso, passando per la Falconeria di Locarno e il Lido di Locarno, tutte le attrazioni di questa città lacustre sono a pochi passi dall’appartamento.
Questo accogliente rifugio al quinto piano è servito da ascensore e vanta alcune delle viste panoramiche più suggestive di Locarno. Dispone di una zona notte luminosa con ampie finestre che consentono il massimo contatto con la natura e di riscaldamento centralizzato per godersi una vacanza in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno. Una zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata rendono spensierato il soggiorno con uso cucina.
Le dotazioni essenziali della cucina includono forno, macchina da caffè Mokka, piano cottura a induzione, tostapane e frigorifero con congelatore.
È possibile noleggiare un dispositivo mobile con Wi-Fi a pagamento.

Nota:
All’arrivo troverete un kit di benvenuto gratuito che include un asciugamano da bagno e un asciugamano da viso a persona, un kit per la doccia, due rotoli di carta igienica, un kit da cucina con detersivo per i piatti e una spugna, e un sacchetto della spazzatura da 35 litri fornito dal Comune.
Trattandosi di un alloggio con uso cucina, questi articoli sono messi a disposizione nel caso in cui dimentichiate qualcosa e vi vengono gentilmente offerti. Qualsiasi altro prodotto di cui potreste aver bisogno durante il vostro soggiorno può essere acquistato nei supermercati nelle vicinanze.
Posizione
L’appartamento vacanze gode di una delle posizioni più invidiabili di Locarno, da cui è possibile esplorare tutto a piedi. A pochi passi si trovano diversi ristoranti, il Casinò di Locarno e un supermercato.
A 5 minuti a piedi si trovano il Lungalago di Locarno, con il suo lungolago ideale per romantiche passeggiate serali, Piazza Grande con i suoi vivaci negozi, ristoranti e gelaterie, la bellissima Fontana Pedrazzini e persino la funicolare che porta all’iconica Madonna del Sasso. Per i nostri ospiti più attivi, il Lido di Locarno, un campo da golf e la famosa Falconeria di Locarno distano 15-20 minuti a piedi. Nel frattempo, per chi desidera godersi un picnic e rilassarsi nei pomeriggi estivi in riva al lago, i Giardini Jean Arp si trovano a 10 minuti a piedi da qui. Anche gli appassionati d’arte troveranno pane per i loro denti, poiché il Museo d’Arte si trova all’incirca alla stessa distanza.
L’aeroporto più vicino è quello di Lugano (a 48 minuti di auto) e l’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 1 ora e 45 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanze a Locarno.
Purtroppo, in questa struttura non sono ammessi animali domestici.

Es ist eine schöne Lage, bequem zu Fuß zu allen Shops, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Um die Ecke ist die Bushaltestelle, wo es einen direkten Bus nach Orselina Madonna del Sasso gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat super Aussicht auf den heiligen Berg und das große Bett ist mega bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie warmherzig empfehlen.

The room met all our expectations. The Prosecco bottle is a nice touch. Negative: too insistent on contacting me : I received 5 emails, 1 booking.com notifiaction and was contacted by 3 different phone numbers on whatsapp (all of this before my arrival). And now i continue to recieve multiple emails to ask for a rating. I KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU STOP EMAILING ME FROM HERE ON !

Posizione molto comoda, in pieno centro. Facilità di check-in, check-out, ufficio molto vicino all'appartamento.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nur die Küche ist von der Ausstattung her nicht optimal (teilweise alte Pfannen, kein gutes Rüstmesser).

it has a central location, close to Piazza Grande, and the Happy Rentals office, even a bank and a police station.

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt. Die Platzverhältnisse mit Kleinkind waren etwas eng, aber sonst tiptop.

Very central location. Close to the station, piazza grande and lake. The building was quiet and had no noise from neighbooring appartments.
