Happy.Rentals is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our marketing team at our head office in Lugano (Switzerland). We are looking for someone who is proactive, passionate about travel and eager to learn.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media pages of our company
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for social media.
  • In charge of the copywriting for all communication on social media
  • Develop and manage social calendars for all digital platforms
  • Create a strategy to increase Brand Awareness via Social Media
  • Create visually appealing online content also in collaboration with the graphic designers
  • Analyse social media metrics for the improvement of brand engagement and loyalty
  • Monthly reporting
  • Develop Social Media paid campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned


    Qualification & Education Requirements
    • Degree in marketing, communication, or social media.
    • Experience with but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and TikTok.
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices of social media
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Fluent in English (An English test may be part of the application)
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Creative mindset
    • Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset. Willingness to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
    • Good computer skills
