Geniet van luie dagen bij het zwembad of verken de magie van de Italiaanse meren. Dit ruime huis is rustig gelegen in een rustige woonwijk aan het Comabbio-meer, biedt comfortabel plaats aan acht gasten en is omgeven door natuur - de ideale bestemming voor een rustige vakantie met familie of vrienden. Het pand ligt op korte loopafstand (10 minuten) van het plaatselijke strand en heeft een eigen tuin en een groot zwembad omgeven door een terras en ligstoelen. Er is ook een klein terras net buiten de keuken dat is ingericht met een eettafel en stoelen. De perfecte plek om buiten te eten. Voor fietsers is er een fietspad net buiten de poort. Binnen is het huis verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. De ruime begane grond heeft een open woonruimte ingericht met een open haard, twee banken, een grote flatscreen HDTV en een eettafel voor acht personen. Er is ook een studeerkamer om op afstand te werken en een aparte keuken die uitkijkt op het terras en de woonkamer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Fliegengitter an den Fenster wäre sicher vorteilhaft, da es sehr viele Mücken schon am frühen Abend hat. Bessere Beschreibung für die Kehricht Entsorgung. Wussten nicht, dass es keine öffentliche Entsorgungsstelle gibt. Nichts desto trotz haben wir es genossen. Danke an Fabio, der uns bei fragen sehr gut betreut hat.👍 Lg Heidi

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind ein Traum. Der Pool ist gross und die Kinder (3 und 5) hatten einen riesen Spass. Das Haus ist sehr gross und bietet genügend Platz für 7 (8) Personen. Ebenfalls hat es viele Spielsachen für die Kinder vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich super gut erholen. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Spacious and beautiful house. It is next to a lake which is perfect to walk by. We went in July and the weather was super hot. The house has not AC but otherwise out experience was very good and Francesca was amazing!

Großes Haus, das Erdgeschoss entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Check in und out waren ganz einfach und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Schön ist der Pizzaofen und der Grill. Der Pool ist sehr schön. In dem Arbeitsraum hingen Kabel aus der Wand. Der Keller wirkt etwas wie eine Baustelle und es liegt dort recht viel Kram rum. Der Garten ist sehr weitläufig, könnte aber gepflegter sein. Der Abfallentsorgungsplan wurde 2022 erstellt und sollte zumindest einmal im Jahr aktualisiert werden. In einen Kellerzugang lagen Wasserschläuche herum und die Sachen für die Poolreinigung lagen auch irgendwie einfach vor einem Schrank am Haus rum. Zu beachten gilt, dass sich das Haus im Bereich der Startroute des Flughafens Malpensa/Milano befindet (Nähe wird im Inserat erwähnt), was dazu führt dass es morgens schon recht laut werden kann. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage (im Inserat erwähnt). Die Region ist wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Zum Baden empfehle ich Lago di Monate.

hi' first of all, the vulla was amazung, big yard, nice pool and great location. but i have to say a few things,: you have to be there on checking day. the house is so big and it need to be present to the guest, how to operating the equipment, to see that everything is workimg. the only t.v. that was there didnt work through all our stay (4 nights). the bathroom on the second floor was in construction, so we couldnt sleep there and had to take the mastress down to the ground floor. beside that, we had a great time there david

The property is great. the garden is very big and private. The house itself is old and it shows, especially the pool and the 1st floor. The house is located close to the lake, there is only a swampy forest that separates the property from the lake. So naturally there are many mosquitos but no fly netting at all. At least the bedroom windows could have been protected but there is nothing. The bedrooms themselves are also not the greatest - no closets! The absolute worst thing were the towels. They were disintegrating on us! If you used them, you were full of fuzz. It was just everywhere! But as I mentioned, the garden is great. We had quite some fun and I think that after some more renovations, the house will be fantastic. Just the little things, like fly netting and proper towels would make a big difference. I can still recommend the house!
