The bright living room is inviting and includes air conditioning for your comfort during your stay. The apartment boasts a well-equipped open-plan kitchen-diner featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, cooker hob, fridge, and ample dining space. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three-story building, ensuring easy access.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. The shared outdoor pool is heated (till 15th October), providing a relaxing spot to unwind amidst the greenery. Additionally, a small playground is available for children, enhancing the family-friendly atmosphere.

Air conditioning is operational in July and August, while heating is available in April, October, and December.
Please note that air conditioning is included in the booking rate during July and August. For stays in May, June, and September, it is available for an additional fee of EUR 20 per day.

Guests are required to bring their linen for the cot. The property features an American coffee machine and a Nespresso-style machine (please note, compatible pods must be purchased from the owner).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Aussicht und das gepflegte Anwesen. Das einzige Manko ist das zweite Schlafzimmer, dieses eigener sich nicht wirklich für 2 Erwachsene, sondern eher für 2 Kinder.

The property is beautifully situated with a view of the lake; it’s clean and well-maintained. The building is old but has been converted into a guesthouse, and there’s an elevator. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is quite large; the kids really enjoyed it. There’s grass and shrubs all around, with a few trees. The owner is very friendly and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Access is via a narrow road, but it’s safe. I recommend it for people who like to walk—it’s a 10-minute walk to town, with a few stairs, but the walk isn’t strenuous. They have great coffee, pastries, and cold cuts there—and cheeses, of course. And olive oil. The lake is a bit further—about a 30- to 40-minute walk—but you can drive there; there are parking lots. There’s a well-stocked grocery store nearby with good food products.
