This is a good Airbnb, but it's the only one I've stayed in where the keys have to collected from an office and aren't kept outside the building in a lockbox. The office was easy to get to (by car) so overall, it wasn't an issue. Just to note, I received over thirty messages on how to collect the keys, including pictures - this could be improved and simplified. There was no 'guide' inside the property, so I had to message Chiara to ask where the wifi password was. This could be improved. There was also a coffee machine, but no coffee pods provided. All in all, a beautifully located airbnb, I'd recommend staying here, but very loud in the mornings (especially from 6-7am) so bring earplugs!
