Halfway between Otranto and the famous protected area around the Almini Lakes, La Rimunda Sera is the ideal getaway for family and friends. This contemporary apartment for 3 shares a garden and swimming pool with two other properties. It offers a relaxed environment where guests can enjoy Salento’s beautiful beaches and historic towns. On the end of a single-storey property, there is a covered veranda at the front of the apartment which serves as an open-air living room. It is furnished with a sofa and coffee table, as well as a dining table and kitchenette. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, a Dolcegusto coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. The outdoor swimming pool (unheated) is shared with 2 other apartments in the building and another property close by. Sleeping The bedroom opens directly onto the covered veranda. It has a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom. Bathroom The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC. Location The property is close to the Adriatic coast, only a 5-minute drive from the historic port of Otranto. It is close to some of the most stunning beaches in Italy, including Baia dei Turchi (8 minutes) and Baia Mulino d’Acqua (13 minutes). Away from the coast, the famous Alimini lakes are a haven for bird watchers. Alimini Piccolo is just a 9-minute drive from the apartment. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming. The peaceful port town of Otranto makes a lovely day out. Here, visitors can enjoy the castle, a lively port and excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday morning) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home. If you miss the market, there are several supermarkets in the town. The closest airport is at Brindisi - 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car.

Die Unterkunft von Maria ist sehr schön gelegen auf dem Land in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Otranto also wirklich sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen, draußen zu kochen - das ist wirklich eine ganz besondere Erfahrung 👩🏼🍳👨🏽🍳 Wir haben ebenfalls einige entspannende Stunden am Pool verbracht, und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. 🌊 Wir waren rund um zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! 🌞

La posizione! In campagna quindi molto tranquilla ma a due passi dalla città. Un posto strategico dove è impossibile stare male!

Camera molto ampia con matrimoniale + letto singolo, bagno grande, cucina all'aperto coperta da una veranda. Piscina buona ad uso comune di tutti gli ospiti della struttura. Posto molto carino di nuova ristrutturazione, a breve distanza 5 min di auto dal centro e dalle spiagge. Ottimo, consigliatissimo!

Het Appartement was erg mooi, met een buitenkeuken met behorende apparaten. Zwembad is een heerlijke toevoeging. Ondanks dat er meerdere appartementen op het terrein aanwezig zijn, voelde het niet zo. Het is een rustige omgeving, waar je goed tot rust kan komen. Wij hebben genoten ban het verblijf, en raden het ook ten zeerste aan.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser wohl noch recht neuen Location wenig außerhalb von Otranto. Nach der anfänglichen Überraschung, dass es sich bei der „Doppelhaushälfte“ im Prinzip um einen Raum mit Bad sowie Terrasse, die als Wohnzimmer und Küche dient, handelt, kamen wir gut damit klar, auch wenn etwas mehr Stauraum für Geschirr, Kochutensilien und unsere Einkäufe praktisch gewesen wäre, da wir in Ferienunterkünften die Küche stets gut nutzen, vielleicht mehr als die meisten Urlauber. Es sind insgesamt fünf solche Einheiten im Gebäude, es gibt wohl zwei etwas größere als unsere, die für zwei Personen ausgelegt war. Aber es ist alles sehr sauber, und der Pool, der etwas abseits liegt, ist natürlich das Highlight. Da wir Anfang Juni die einzigen Gäste waren, hatten wir ihn für uns allein. Jedenfalls ist uns der Abschied nach dieser Woche in der quasi ländlichen Ruhe zwischen den Plantagen und mit den nächtlichen Rufen der Zwergohreule schwer gefallen und würden gerne wieder hier buchen.
