It is an ideal base for friends or a family looking to explore this stunning region, with its ancient towns and glamorous resorts. The apartment is spread over a single floor, with a private terrace that overlooks the sea. The airy, open-plan living space is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. There is a wooden dining table and chairs adjacent to the kitchen, which can be closed off with louvre doors. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Glass doors lead out onto the terrace with panoramic views. This acts as another living space with a second dining table for meals al fresco. The shared swimming pool is in a spectacular setting, with high rocks on one side and the sea on the other. Guests can relax on sunloungers after a refreshing dip. Location The property is in a quiet part of Baja Sardinia, but less than 10 minutes from the glamorous Costa Smeralda. Guests can enjoy easy access to some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, including the Spiaggia Cala Battistoni, which is on the doorstep, with Capriccioli’s beaches only 20 minutes away and Spiaggia del Principe a 24-minute drive. The centre of Porto Cervo (10 minutes) features a main square surrounded by luxury stores and outdoor cafés. Porto Cervo is also famous for its exclusive marina, which hosts luxury yachts from around the world. It is a great place for people-watching. For more active guests, the course at the Pevero Golf Club (18 minutes) is challenging but enjoys panoramic views over the Costa Smeralda. Away from the coast, the charming town of Arzachena (18 minutes) is well worth a visit. It is known for its excellent restaurants (at all price levels) and weekly market (Wednesday morning), where you can find the freshest local delicacies and produce to try at home. Baja Sardinia (11 minutes) also has a weekly market every Tuesday morning. Olbia's, Costa Smeralda Airport is about 45 minutes away.
