Vlorë's Old Town centre is a 20-minute drive and features broad boulevards, palm-lined squares and historic landmarks. Positioned on a hillside overlooking the sea, the property offers easy access to vibrant coastal life. The closest beach, 'Cliff Beach', is approximately a 5-minute walk away, and the Albanian Riviera begins just south of the city with plenty of turquoise coves and mountain-backed beaches. There are also plenty of opportunities for hiking in the surrounding hills, including the Trail to Kaninë (a 10-minute drive). Visitors can also take boat trips from the port (a 10-minute drive) to the Karaburun Peninsula and the marine-rich waters around Sazan Island.
