The L-shaped studio, with cool terracotta tiled floors, includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The neat breakfast bar separates the living area from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Two sets of French windows lead out to the private, shaded balcony. Surfboards, windsurfing boards, canoes and dinghies can be rented close by, so it is an ideal choice for anyone looking for active fun. The nearby resort of Porto Rotondo (10 minutes) is on the southern point of the Costa Smeralda. The town is home to many excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. It makes a glamorous evening out after a day on the beach. Alternatively, in Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (15 minutes). Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti. Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. The port in Golfo Aranci (10 minutes) has a ferry service to Livorno in Tuscany.
