Apartment 1 – Ground Floor The largest of the three apartments welcomes guests with a bright open-plan living area featuring a lounge and a kitchen with a peninsula. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a traditional Italian moka coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is furnished with a King-size double bed and a wardrobe, whilst the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a practical built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available. A true highlight of the apartment is the beautiful panoramic glass-enclosed veranda, furnished as an elegant lounge area where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Versilia at any time of day and throughout every season.
