Appartamento top, sia come posizione che come struttura. Eravamo 4adulti con un bambino di due anni, ampio spazio per giocare, godere della tranquillità. Posizione strategica, a pochissimi km da Porto Rotondo ed inoltre vicino a Porto Cervo.

The best part of the apartment was definitely the large terrace, which was nicely ventilated throughout the day and always in the shade, which made it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I also really liked the spacious garden on the property.

L’appartamento 4 di Domus Pintadas ci ha accolto con amore! Posticino delizioso con qualche dettaglio da rivedere (giardino da curare meglio, pulizia dell’appartamento non attenta e ambiente interno piuttosto umido). La zona di Rudalza è silenziosa e la possibilità di tenere l’auto nel giardino del complesso è una grande comodità per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse vicini. Il valore aggiunto lo fa sicuramente la signora Patrizia Piga che con la sua gentilezza e dedizione per ciò che fa è stata l’elemento determinante nel farci dire “qui ci torneremo!”. Ha da subito fornito tutte le indicazioni utili rispondendo alle mie richieste e ci ha assistito nel momento in cui avevamo bisogno di risolvere un problema raggiungendoci personalmente anche a mezzanotte! Grazie di cuore Patrizia!

Soggiorno più che ottimo! Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Posizione molto comoda vicino a supermercato e benzinaio (non è in un centro abitato ma sulla strada, quindi serve sempre un’auto per spostarsi) e parcheggio privato!! L’appartamento è di discrete dimensioni, ma anche in 4 siamo state comode, soprattutto grazie alla spaziosa terrazza esterna. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante in entrambe le camere.

2 Zimmer im ruhigen Dörfchen Aggius in der Nähe der Stadt Tempio, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. In Aggius gibt es mehrere Läden, Apotheke und Bar. Marco und Anna Lisa waren immer ansprechbar und haben bei Fragen schnell reagiert.

Dado que la propiedad está rodeada por un gran jardín, es posible que aparezcan hormigas u otros insectos, especialmente en los meses más cálidos. Con una simple notificación, nuestro equipo local habría estado encantado de intervenir con productos repelentes. En cuanto al sofá cama y las almohadas, hemos tomado nota de sus comentarios y los compartiremos con el propietario para evaluar posibles mejoras. En cuanto al microondas, es cierto que no siempre es habitual en los alojamientos italianos, pero agradecemos su comentario.
