Dear Janin, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The apartment's seafront location is one of its main features, but we understand that guests who are sensitive to traffic noise may find the nearby road and surrounding activity disruptive. We regret that this affected your comfort during the stay. We are also sorry for the difficulties you experienced with the Wi-Fi connection and the resulting impact on the use of the Smart TV. Likewise, we regret any inconvenience caused by the vacuum cleaner, kitchen equipment, and the lack of suitable facilities for drying clothes. Regarding the cleanliness concerns and the condition of certain items, including the glasses and knives, we apologize if the standard upon arrival did not meet expectations. Your comments will be shared with the property owner for review. We take guest safety seriously and are sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the entrance door. The local team would have been happy to inspect and verify any security-related issues had they been reported during the stay. We appreciate your positive remarks about the sea view and proximity to the beach, and we thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback, which helps us identify areas for improvement.
