The apartment is situated on the ground floor and enjoys direct access to a shared panoramic terrace that's furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. The perfect setting for a slow breakfast, an evening aperitivo, or a quiet night under the stars. There's also a shared swimming pool with countryside views, a BBQ and a garden that's ideal for reading, sunbathing, or unwinding. The property's characterful, air-conditioned interior features many original features, including a cool terracotta tiled floor, rustic wood-beamed ceiling, and exposed stone walls. Guests can relax in the cosy living room that's furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the shared terrace and garden. The separate, eat-in kitchen is fitted with a dining table, a Moka coffee machine, a Cooker Hob and a fridge freezer.
