This stylish studio apartment is in the centre of Chamonix Sud, close to all the skiing facilities and all the après-ski fun. On the first floor of a new residence, with stylish décor and wooden flooring throughout, this studio sleeps 2 people. The airy living room has a glass door that leads out onto a private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can sit and enjoy the view over the square to the mountains beyond. In the living room, there is a sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table for 2. The kitchenette is equipped with an cooker hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Sleeping The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. Bathroom The neat bathroom has a shower, basin, W.C. and washing machine. Additional • Balcony • Washing machine • Flat-screen TV • Free public parking (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed) but car not necessary • Ski storage • Close to skiing and ski lift • Close to ski shuttle bus - Wifi not available Location The apartment is in the middle of south Chamonix, less than 5 minutes walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station, for the Mont-Blanc-Express, is also 4 minutes’ walk away. The nearby slopes are popular with skiers and snowboarders alike. The peak of Aiguille du Midi, close to Mont Blanc, is a magnet for mountaineers, rock climbing and paragliding in the summer months. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, including white water rafting, golf and horse riding. Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Chamonix has a weekly market every Saturday morning. Here you can buy all the freshest ingredients directly from the producers, to try at home. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 10 minute drive from the apartment.
