Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Stil – leider mit Schimmelproblem Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mitten im Zentrum von Alassio und ist dank des Videos sehr gut zu finden. Ein echtes Highlight (und in Alassio eine absolute Rarität!) ist der kostenlose private Parkplatz direkt am Haus – das hat unseren Aufenthalt enorm erleichtert und war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist stilvoll eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Charme und die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen – ein perfekter Ort für ein Frühstück oder einen Aperitivo. Leider gibt es nach wie vor ein Schimmelproblem im Bad, das schon in früheren Bewertungen auf anderen Portalen erwähnt wurde. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass dies inzwischen behoben sei, wurden aber enttäuscht: An der Badezimmerdecke befand sich ein etwa 40 cm großer Schimmelherd. Das ist wirklich schade, da die Wohnung ansonsten so viel Potenzial hat. Wir würden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen – in der Hoffnung, dass die Ursache bald gefunden und dauer

L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che una famiglia ha bisogno, rumori zero, parcheggio privato, giarginetto e tanta pulizia. Si trova vicino a tutti i servizi ed è distante dal mare circa 200 mt. Io ci tornerò senza dubbi.
