Location
The property is located in the residential area of Stoja near Pula on the southern tip of the Istrian Peninsula. Visitors can walk to Pula’s Roman Amphitheater in 30 minutes (a 6-minute drive) which sits just outside the city’s old town and is one of the largest surviving Roman arenas in the world. In Pula's old town (a 25-minute walk) visitors will discover many boutiques, bars, eateries and historical sites, including; the Arch of the Sergii, Pula Cathedral and the Temple of Augustus.
Those in search of a sunny beach day are spoilt for choice with numerous coves and beaches dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character. The nearest beach is a 7-minute walk away and there are many within a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
There are also many sports facilities in the vicinity including tennis, beach volleyball, hiking trails, climbing and bicycle paths with bicycles for hire. Additionally, the sports harbour provides opportunities for; diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing and rowing. From the ferry port in Fazana (a 15-minute drive) visitors can reach the Brijuni Islands, a national park with beautiful natural landscapes featuring a golf course, archaeological sites, beaches and a safari park.
