The 2-storey villa sleeps 6 people. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area, has a sofa, a TV and a dining table. Next to this is the kitchen, which is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. A door from the kitchen leads out to the private garden, which includes a BBQ and outdoor sink. Off the sitting area, another set of French windows opens onto the private terrace which is furnished with a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco.
The resort offers two swimming pools, a small one for children and a larger one for adults. There are sun loungers on the terrace around the pool where guests can relax after a refreshing dip. There is also a tennis court for guests’ use.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a contemporary double bed and a wardrobe. This room also has a balcony.
Bedroom 2: This second room has a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a door which opens onto the balcony shared with the master bedroom.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the heart of the laid-back town of Torre dell’Orso. Here visitors can find shops, restaurants, nightclubs and cafés for all budgets and tastes. Torre dell’Orso is blessed with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests.
The city of Lecce is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce (25 minutes) is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
