The brand new villa is just 150m from the rocky coast, in the stretch where there is a comfortable equipped beach. The sandy beach is about 250m away, an inlet called "Li Scianuli" next to a proud Saracen watchtower. The area is truly enchanting, in fact you will have the lively Porto Cesamericano to the north where you can walk along the large seafront or visit the numerous clubs, and to the south the Bay of Sant'Isidoro, where you can taste excellent seafood. You will also be close to Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena, Porto Selvaggio, Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno and Gallipoli, a myriad of enchanting places, gems in a sinuous coastal fragment. The hinterland also deserves to be experienced, Leverano with its delicious peasant produce, Copertino and the large castle, Nardò with an extensive historic center and Lecce, the baroque city par excellence.
