A lovely private villa, located just 1km from the Ionian coast and its gorgeous beaches. This house can sleep 6 - 8 people. Guests have their own swimming pool and pretty gardens, it makes an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The villa is surrounded by pine trees and greenery. The exterior space encourages outdoor living. There are 3 separate terraces. The largest is at the side of the house and here guests can relax with a glass of wine under the shade of a large umbrella. At the front of the villa, on the raised terrace, there is a dining area for meals al fresco. The swimming pool is across the garden and has sun loungers close by where guests can relax.
Indoors, there is an airy, light-filled living room with a sofa, dining table and French windows opening onto the terrace. It is linked to the kitchen by an archway. The charming kitchen has another dining table for casual meals. It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. A backdoor opens onto another terrace area where there is a sink and an additional bathroom.

Location
The villa is within walking distance (15 minutes) of the coast of San Pietro in Bevagna, one of the most beautiful places in Salento, with a vast sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. The seabed slopes away gently making it particularly suited for young children. The centre of the resort is just 2 minutes drive and here you will find all the main services (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy).
Away from the coast is the peaceful town of Manduria (15 minutes). Here you can wander through the ancient paved streets and try the region’s famous Primitivo wine. Tuesday is market day so the ideal opportunity to pick up local specialities and the freshest fruit and vegetables.
Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (50 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - 1 hour away by car.
