Inside, the holiday home has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen fitted with a cooker hob and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the heart of countryside, on the Salento peninsula, between the historic town of Poggiardo (a 4-minute drive) and the picturesque village of San Cassiano (a 3-minute drive). The location offers an authentic Italian experience, rich in cultural heritage and surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.
The beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South" is a 30-minute drive and the charming seaside town of Gallipoli known for its historic old town, sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife is a 40-minute drive. Other popular excursions include a trip to the historic town of Otranto (a 25-minute drive) famous for its Cathedral (with a mosaic floor), Aragonese Castle and scenic waterfront or a day relaxing at the picturesque seaside town of Santa Cesarea Terme where visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the town's thermal spas (a 15-minute drive away).
