Take in the glamour of Menton and panoramic sea views! This contemporary 2nd-floor apartment (with lift) sleeps 6 people and makes a great holiday choice. The open-plan living space is full of light thanks to the French windows which open onto the private balcony overlooking the sea. Guests can relax in the deckchairs on the balcony and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Back indoors, the contemporary living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. The corner kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom, with a door onto a private balcony, has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. This room also opens onto a balcony. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Location Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town, which is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Some of Menton’s nicest beaches, including Plage des Sablettes Est are within a 20-minute walk. Alternatively, guests can head east over the border into Italy and spend a day on the famous Spiaggia dei Balzi Rossi (20-minute walk or 6-minute drive). For pet owners, the dog-friendly beach - Plage Pour Les Chiens, is just a 6-minute walk. All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (7-minute drive). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is an 11-minute drive.

Le logement est en lui même agréable la vue est exceptionnelle! L’appartement est assez grand hormis une chambre. La terrasse vue mer super reposante dommage qu’il n’y est pas une petite table pour y poser des verres, les chilienne font leur job! Pas beaucoup de rangement, nos valises sont donc restés dans le salon. Nous avons manqué d’accessoires comme couteaux pour cuisiner, ciseaux, cuillères de services, double prise auprès du lit. Le logement à l’arrivé sentait le propre mais n’était pas nettoyé. Cheveux, poils, tache au sol , vaisselles sales, frigo sale, terrasse très sale, lit très abîmé, bref beaucoup de choses sont à revoir Tout ceci sont des détails, et peuvent être revu avec de la volonté du propriétaire… Filipo est une personne exceptionnelle, toujours fait le nécessaire pour que nous soyons au top. Les voisins sont des poisons, et toxique, le moindre faut pas est signalé a la copropriété, voiture ds le mauvais sens , poubelle mal ferme, bruit de talon dans les escalier.
