The apartment is one of two units in a semi-detached house and enjoys a private terrace and an alfresco dining area. Guests can also enjoy the use of a shared BBQ and a pretty garden.
Inside, the bright and welcoming accommodation enjoys a spacious open-plan living room with a fireplace, a sofa, a smart flatscreen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fully equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar.

The property is situated in the rural village of Goraiolo, nestled within the hilly terrain of the Apennines in Tuscany, an area known for its chestnuts and mushrooms. The village enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding Tuscan landscape and there are two restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away. The closest grocery store is a 9-minute drive from the accommodation.
The medieval village of Marliana is a 9-minute drive from the accommodation where a visit to the Museum of Rural Culture is recommended. The fortified village of Casore del Monte (a 20-minute drive) is also worth visiting, set in an alpine landscape amongst wide meadows and mountain vegetation. Other small villages to be discovered in the area include Panicagliora (a 5-minute drive) and Serra Pistoiese (a 10-minute drive) which can be reached by a panoramic road with views of the Apennine ridge.
Guests can also take a trip to the iconic city of Florence and the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore (a one-hour 10-minute drive), an outing to the medieval town of Pisa and the sandy beaches of The Tyrrhenian Coast (a one-hour 20-minute drive), or a visit to the historic Renaissance city of Lucca (a one-hour 30-minute drive). Additionally, the charming Medieval town of Pistoia is a 40-minute drive away. For a relaxing day at the beach, the long beaches of Viareggio are a 1-hour drive away.
The nearest international airports are Florence Peretola Airport (FLR) approximately a 50-minute drive by car and Pisa International Airport (PSA) a one-hour drive away.

Bella casa in un luogo fresco, aria buona, bel giardino (unica pecca in comune con i signori al piano di sopra, non perché fossero maleducati anzi...ma perché io avendo due cani avevo bisogno del giardino privato), adatto per passeggiate anche nei boschi e bicicletta
