The ideal choice for large groups of family and friends, this spacious holiday escape comfortably sleeps ten guests across five separate apartments. The development is centred around a swimming pool, with a large sun terrace and a shady alfresco dining area.
The accommodation is arranged across three separate buildings. The first offers two studio apartments, the second consists of two adjacent one-bedroom apartments (one with a private terrace and view of the swimming pool) and the third consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Each property has been thoughtfully renovated with typical Tuscan finishes to offer a warm and welcoming environment and four apartments enjoy a small kitchenette. The central building also enjoys a large open-plan living space which is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and a smart flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates the main kitchen which is fully equipped with; a gas cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
There is also a gym with a separate bathroom and a selection of children's games, table tennis, a basketball net and football goals for guests to use.

Location
The property is nestled in the heart of the countryside between the Pratomagno massif and the Chianti mountains in Tuscany, Italy. The historical town of Figline is a 6-minute drive away where guests will find several restaurants and grocery stores.
Visitors can tour local vineyards and wineries to sample Chianti wines and learn about the winemaking process. Olive oil tasting is also a popular activity in this region renowned for its high-quality olive oil. Villa Buonasera winery and Agriturismo Castello di Querceto winery are both a 15-minute drive from the accommodation.
Fashion fans will be in heaven at the outlet shopping centres Firenze Mall and Leccio Mall which are both an 18-minute drive away. Here visitors will find labels including Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Burberry and Valentino.
Other popular excursions include; a trip to the iconic city of Florence and the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore (a 40-minute drive), an outing to the medieval town of Pisa and the sandy beaches of The Tyrrhenian Coast (a one-hour 30-minute drive), or a visit to the historic town of Siena (a one-hour drive 15-minute drive). The beautiful Villa Torre a Cona and the charming town of Greve in Chianti are a 25-minute drive away.
For a day of relaxation, visitors can head to Rapolano Terme (a one-hour drive). The town is renowned for its thermal baths which have been utilised since Roman times and are believed to have therapeutic properties. The spas offer a range of wellness treatments and therapies.
The nearest international airport is Florence Peretola Airport approximately a 40-minute drive.
