On the first floor of a small villa, the apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for family or friends looking for a stress-free holiday by the sea. Away from the stunning coast, Salento has many fascinating historical towns and sites. The combination of these with the crystal clear Ionian sea and sandy beaches is irresistible!
The villa is set in a well-tended, walled garden, which includes an above-ground swimming pool, sun loungers, a table and chairs, umbrellas and a stone BBQ. The pool and gardens are shared with the owners and 2 other apartments, but there is also a charming private veranda which is ideal for meals al fresco.
Guests enter the apartment up a short flight of steps which lead directly into the kitchen/living space. There is a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable single bed.
Bathroom
The beautiful mosaic bathroom has a box shower, basin, bidet and WC
Extra: There is an outdoor shower, which is very useful after a day on the beach.

Location
The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The coastline in this area is known for its soft sand and clear waters. The beach’s gentle gradient makes it ideal for children and elderly visitors. It is a 3-minute drive from the centre of the popular resort of Torre Lapillo. Here guests will find all the amenities they need including supermarkets (3 minutes), restaurants, pizzerias and banks.
The town of Porto Cesareo (5 minutes) is further south on the coast. It offers more beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses.
Further down the Ionian coast, the historic port of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. Alternatively, Lecce (40 minutes) is known as the “Florence of the South”. It is famous for its fine Baroque architecture and delicious cuisine.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just under an hour away by car.
