Inside, guests can relax in the spacious open plan living space which features a full-sized pool table, a large dining table, a comfortable seating area (including a sofa bed) with a digital flatscreen HDTV and a modern kitchen, equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a Mokka coffee machine and a fridge freezer. There is also a sauna for guests to use in one of the bathrooms.

The property is located on the Salento Peninsula, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards a 3 -minute drive from the small town of Sogliano Cavour. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute drive and for wine lovers three local wineries less than a 10-minute drive, including the beautiful family owned L'Astore Masseria where guests can tour the olive oil and wine cellar, followed by a tasting.
Further afield, the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South" is a 30-minute drive away and the beautiful beaches on the marine protected coastline of Porto Cesareo a 40-minute drive away.
The closest international airport is Brindisi-Salento Airport (BDS) approximately a one hour's drive from the accommodation.
