Logement extrêmement bien placé, prêt de tout et dans un lieu magnifique rempli de rues pittoresques (ancien quartier, la pigna). Hôte accueillant, flexible, réactif, proactif et de bon conseil (sur les parkings ou activités à proximité etc). Logement mignon, très propre et fidèle aux photos. Very nice appartement everything was perfect, but the neighbors with one locked door connected had children that were crying a lot. No critic to the appartment though.

Great location. A little bit hard to find at first, also because there are no taxi or uber services in the city, but after getting rid of our luggage, coming and going is easy. It has really good restaurants nearby (highly recommend La Porta Verde), and the beach is within walking distance too. Teresa and Roberto were flexible with check in and check out times and were very responsive. The space is a little smaller than it appears on the pictures but has everything you need and is comfortable for a good night’s rest.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Im Herzen der Altstadt von Sanremo. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen sie viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist herzvoll eingerichtet und bietet ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Der Gastgeber hat uns für die Ankunft Früchte bereit gelegt, danke! Es ist zu beachten, dass neben der Unterkunft eine Bar ist, wobei es lauter werden kann, was uns aber nicht gross gestört hat. Zudem funktioniert das W-Lan nicht überall super in der Wohnung. Es besteht eine Türe zur Wohnung der Eigentümer in der Unterkunft, welche aber abgetrennt ist.

Für eine Einzelperson, die nicht gross kochen will, gut. Esstisch aufklappbar, ausreichend, jedoch nicht sonderlich stabil. Küchen- und Essbereich sehr klein. Schlafzimmer mit guter Matratze. Super war, dass bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, die Bett- und Frotteewäsche gewechselt werden kann. Die kleine Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt "la Pigna". Gleich nebenan gibt es eine Bar, die am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Die Musik und die Gäste sind dann zu hören.

L'appartamento di Roberto si trova nella zona storica. Dà direttamente in un carruggio. Pulito ma poco vivibile, buona la camera da letto e letto comodo. E' un luogo da andare giusto per dormire per via della cucina che è poco utilizzabile per via degli spazi e del bagno cieco. C'è un grosso problema se si va in auto poichè bisogna affidarsi ai parcheggi multipiano a pagamento. Ci ritornerei ma utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Comunque comodo poichè in centro. Ottima la comunicazione con Roberto sempre attento a fornire tutte le indicazioni.

Het appartement is niet te bereiken met de auto. Wij moesten de auto op een parkeerplaats zetten en van daaruit met alle bagage 10 minuten naar boven en 10 minuten naar beneden lopen. Achteraf gezien was het mogelijk om op het pleintje eronder te parkeren maar ik snap niet hoe je daar kon komen. Dan nog moest je alles lopend naar boven brengen. De locatie is wel heel schilderachtig. Het appartement klein, vooral de keuken en matig geoutilleerd. Alleen kookplaat en geen afzuigkap. Vererop in het straatje is een cocktailbar die op de laatste avond een concert gaven tot bijna half 1 's nachts. Dat was heel bijzonder maar toch liever niet. Toch geen spijt want een heel bijzondere locatie. Oh ja, de tafel is te groot in uitgeklapte toestand, dan kom je niet meer in de badkamer.

Excellent séjour à Sanremo. L’emplacement de l’appartement très central vous permet de vous rendre aussi bien à la plage que dans les hauteurs de la ville ! Il y a un bar à cocktail situé juste à côté de l’appartement, durant notre séjour un groupe est venu joué dans ce bar jusqu’à 00h45 environ, pour ceux qui cherchent un appartement avec beaucoup de calme ce n’est peut être pas le lieu idéal mais c’est le seul petit inconvénient de celui ci :)
