Location
The property is located in the outskirts of Rovinj a picturesque coastal town on the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula. The clear turquoise waters of Plaža "Borik" beach are a short 5-minute walk through the surrounding pine forest. Here guests will also find a coastal path with beautiful views of the sea and the Rovinj skyline - a popular spot for quiet walks or a morning run. Wine lovers will enjoy a visit to Monte Ricco Winery which is a 5-minute drive away.
Balbi's Arch, the entrance to the historic centre of Rovinj is a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. Guests can visit the baroque Church of St. Euphemia and explore the Old Town with its narrow, winding streets, colourful houses and Venetian-style architecture.
Rovinj is surrounded by 14 small islands and its coastline features numerous beaches including Lone Bay (a 13-minute drive) and Cuvi Beach, known for their crystal-clear waters. Guests will find a boat hire service a 20-minute walk / 4-minute drive in a small bay to the east of the apartment.
