Location
Hotel Max is located in the small coastal village of Baošići on the southwestern side of the Bay of Kotor near the border with Croatia. The village retains traditional Montenegrin charm, with stone houses, narrow streets and a relaxed pace of life.
The seaside promenade is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. Visitors will find various restaurants within a minute’s walk and the closest supermarket is a 3-minute walk away.
The historic Old Town of Herceg Novi and the Savina Monastery are a 17-minute drive away. Here visitors can explore the labyrinth of narrow streets and staircases, dotted with ancient churches, medieval buildings and cosy cafes. The Kanli Kula fortress is a 15-minute drive away offering panoramic views of the bay.
Baošići is home to beautiful pebble beaches and clear waters, making it a popular destination for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling to explore the rich marine life beneath the surface.
In mid-February/early March, Baošići takes part in (Praznik Mimoze) an annual Mimosa Festival celebrating the mimosa flowers blooming. The festival features parades, music, cultural events and traditional cuisine.
