The property dates back to 1800, expertly renovated into 5 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and 1 service room, it is particularly suitable for groups of friends or large families.
The Villa offers a large terrace equipped for pleasant moments of relaxation and a porch furnished with table and chairs where there is a wood-burning oven and brick barbecue.
The whole property is surrounded by a fully fenced park with green spaces and tall trees. In a panoramic position a beautiful pisci(with whirlpool area) a of 50m2 with solarium area furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds to enjoy the wonderful view.
Interior.
The Villa has been renovated with care and attention not to alter its authentic character, with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, elegant marbles, the sober and elegant decor offers very cozy and comfortable rooms. From the front door on the left is a service bathroom; down 3 steps leads to a large space furnished with comfortable sofas, 2 dining tables, a parade welcomes a well-equipped kitchen.
From the kitchen there is access to an outdoor patio furnished with dining table and chairs, in a brick corner barbecue and wood-burning oven. From the entrance on the right side is a double bedroom with a full en suite bathroom with shower. In front of the front door a beautiful and comfortable staircase leads to the first floor opening onto a bright living room furnished with sofas, large windows offer a beautiful view of the valley.
To the left of the living room is a double bedroom with a full en suite bathroom with shower; on the opposite side along the same corridor are two double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom with shower , a door separates a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, from this area there is access to the outside.

The Villa offers a well-equipped kitchen: electric oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, espresso machine, toaster, blender, wifi internet, flat screen smart TV, air conditioning/heat pumps in each room, hair dryer in each bathroom, laundry room with ironing board and iron, children's games, ping- pong table, gym, indoor parking.

A service fee of EUR 600 is to be paid on the spot. A security deposit of EUR 500 is also to be paid on arrival and this deposit will be EUR 2000 for guests under 21 years old.
Location
Arezzo is one of the most elegant and historically rich cities in Tuscany. It is located in the southeastern area of Tuscany and borders Umbria, Emilia Romagna, Marche, and the province of Siena.
Arezzo is known as the City of Gold, being home to one of the world's leading gold districts. It hosts the Giostra del Saracino, a medieval historical event, second in importance only to the Palio di Siena, and the largest antiques market fair held in Tuscany, every first weekend of every month.
Of Etruscan origins, the city, in addition to being the birthplace of the great poet Francesco Petrarca, is home to works by some of the most important Renaissance artists such as Piero della Francesca, Giorgio Vasari and Cimabue.
In the Arezzo area are: the Casentino, a valley where the Arno river has its source and where the Battle of Campaldino took place; the splendid village of Poppi with the castle of the Conti Guidi; the two Franciscan hermitages of La Verna and Camaldoli; and the marvelous Pieve di Romena, one of the finest examples of Romanesque architecture in Tuscany.
In the Val di Chiana, important for fruit and vegetable production and the raising of Chianina cattle (known for the quality of their meat), lies noble Cortona, where one of the most important exhibitions of high antiques in Italy is held every year. The town of Etruscan origin, has several times been the set of important films, including: Under the Tuscan sun and Life is beautiful and was the birthplace of Jovanotti, one of Italy's most popular pop singers.
Also in Val di Chiana are beautiful Lucignano and Foiano della Chiana, which is home to one of Tuscany's best-known Carnivals, as well as the Foiano Outlet Village, a place of interest for shopping enthusiasts.
On the other hand, the most important center of Valdarno, a valley that extends to the Sienese Chianti region, is Montevarchi, in whose vicinity the famous high-fashion brand, Prada, has one of its headquarters. Here there is also an outlet store where you can shop at decidedly attractive prices. Also in the Valdarno capital, the excellent Bonci pastry shop produces panbriacone, a kind of panettone soaked in liqueur.
