A perfect villa to enjoy a seaside holiday, being very close (30m) to a dream beach. It has three entrances: a large gate with a parking area for several cars, a pedestrian one for the beach and another driveway next to it. Outside there is an excellent organization of spaces with a large covered patio where we see a barbecue, kitchen and sink, a shaded area (by a beautiful bougainvillea) with a large table and chairs, part with 2 outdoor showers, a seating area and several open areas. The courtyard completely surrounds the house and is closed at the perimeter, so you can be confident in letting your children play, for any animals or for your own privacy. The entrances lead into a very large corridor, on the sides of which the rooms are arranged. We have: a room with a double bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom, again with double bed and bunk. The shared bathroom, spacious, complete with amenities and shower cubicle. The third has a double bed, single bed, cot and complete en suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Continuing along the corridor we find the living room with a single bed, fireplace, TV, table, chairs and various furniture. Next to it is a hideaway kitchen equipped with everything you need. There are two fridges. You can also enter the living room from the sea side access. Outside there is a storage room that can be used with a washing machine. All rooms, except the bathrooms and the storage room, are air conditioned. You will be immediately next to a wonderful, very extensive beach of fine sand, with a slowly sloping seabed and magical sunsets. The location offers a complete holiday, with nightlife and dining venues and numerous services. The coastal area is beautiful, in addition to the Torre Pali marina, the following are adjacent or nearby: Pescouse, Torre Vado, Torre San Giovanni. The hinterland also offers enchanting villages to visit and beautiful countryside.
