A row of 4 stylish apartments, linked by a paved terrace and 100 metres from the beach. These ground-floor apartments sleep up to 16 people in comfort. They are ideal for friends or a family who want to holiday together but also enjoy some independence and privacy.
Each unit has double glass doors which open into the kitchen/diner. These are furnished with a dining table for 4 people and a new, fitted kitchen. The kitchens are well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Some of the living areas have a sofa in the same space others in others, the sofa and flat-screen TV are separated from the kitchen by a large wardrobe.
Sleeping
Each apartment has a master bedroom which is divided from the living area by storage and furnished with a double bed.
Extra: The sofas in the living rooms convert into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
There is a stylish bathroom in each unit, with a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The resort of Cogoleto is known for its 3km of well-equipped beach, just 100m from the apartment. There are several different bathing areas, with restaurants, sun loungers, changing rooms and some have swimming pools. However, it has much more to offer than the beach. The historic centre, with charming paved streets and small squares, is home to many excellent restaurants as well as the Casa di Cristoforo Colombo museum, which takes visitors back in time.
For visitors who want to explore more of the coast, there is a bicycle rental base just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. And, the Lungomare Europa hiking route which links Cogoleto and Varazze (5km to the west) is on the doorstep. Alternatively, there is a golf course just 6km away.
For self-catering Cogoleto’s weekly market (Thursday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within less than 5 minutes from the residence.
The closest airport is Genoa Airport, a 30-minute drive from the apartment. If you are arriving by train, Cogoleto station is 1.3km away.
