This detached seaside home in Salento features private access to the rocky beach through a gated entrance. Enter through a driveway that takes you to the property via a flight of steps. Through the entrance gate, you are welcomed into a private garden. To the left, you'll find the outdoor dining area overlooking the sea, with a large table, and a BBQ. This shaded area is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals. Relax on the sun loungers at the rear of the private garden, or take a stroll to the rocky beach accessible from the garden. This area of Salento is perfect for spectating beautiful sunsets. Next to the outdoor dining area, a veranda leads you into the property. As you step in you’ll be welcomed into a bright open living area featuring a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. From the verandah, you can access the rustic bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom featuring shower, bidet and WC.
