If you want to relax in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, Casa Vacanze Paradise is just the place for you!
A cosy, Tuscan-style terratetto in the centre of Roccastrada, just a few steps from the square, where the town's main church is located, and from whose terrace you have a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The house is spread over several floors, at the entrance, i.e. on the ground floor, we find the first bathroom, which is spacious and consists of a washbasin, toilet, bidet and large shower cubicle. In this bathroom there is also the washing machine of the house.
Also on the ground floor we find the fitness room, equipped with mirrors and yoga mats for exercising in total freedom and away from the bedrooms, so as not to disturb.
Going up to the first floor you will find the beautiful kitchen with dining room (table for 4 people), equipped with many comforts: Peninsula suitable for cooking or a quick meal, Gas cooker (4 burners), Fridge with freezer (also distributes Fresh Water), Moka for making coffee, Toaster, Blender, Juicer, Kettle and Air Fryer.
On the same floor there is also the first bedroom, spacious, furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside tables.
Going up a few steps you will reach the living room. Here you will find a beautiful sitting area with a sofa for 6 people and a coffee table. There is also a fireplace, but only for aesthetics, in fact a pellet stove is connected to the chimney. There is also a table, suitable for more people than the one in the kitchen, in case you have guests for dinner.
The living room leads to the second bedroom, the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV. The room also has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
There is free Wi-Fi in the house. Pets are not allowed.
The real treat, for guests staying at Casa Vacanze Paradise, will be to have access to the swimming pool (pool shared with the guests of the Agriturismo) at the Agricamp in Roccastrada ( Swimming Pool is open from 1st May to 30th September), owned by the same owners, which is just a few minutes' drive from the house, and they can also enjoy the beautiful park and take walks among the olive groves! On site it will be possible to request extra services (to be paid on site, separately) such as lunches and dinners based on typical products, preparation of Pic-Nic baskets for excursions, harvesting, directly from the farm's vegetable garden, of seasonal vegetables available, to enjoy the Tuscan Maremma experience to the full!
The nearest airport is Florence airport, which is 130 km from the house, while Rome-Fiumicino airport is 200 km away.
Follonica, which is the nearest seaside resort, is about 40 minutes by car from the house, Castiglione della Pescaia, a famous seaside resort for its mix of mountain and sea views, is 45 minutes away, and if you are looking for nature, you are in the midst of the hilly areas of Tuscany suitable for cycling and trekking!
The provincial capital, Grosseto, is half an hour away by car.
The capital of Italy, Rome, is just over a couple of hours' drive away.
For those who love visiting cities of art, the most famous in the world, Florence, is 1 hour and 45 minutes away by car, and 2 and a half hours if you wish to reach it by train.
Siena, famous for its Palio that takes place every year on 2 July and 16 August, is the
nearest city of art, being only 50 minutes from Casa Vacanze Paradise.
