The spacious and bright Olivo flat is on the first floor of a typical Tuscan farmhouse with access via a comfortable and independent external staircase. The flat is accessed via two entrances as the unit is the union of two large two-room apartments communicating from the inside. However, as there is a door that can be closed, this unit lends itself particularly well to friends who do not want to give up their privacy, but who wish to share moments of conviviality together. From the windows there is a lovely view of the countryside. Both units open into a large open-plan living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, extractor hood, electric kettle and dining area. Outside is a private garden furnished with dining table and sunshade.
The communal gardens and pool are well maintained. The fenced swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers that guests can use after a refreshing swim. Moreover, in the immediate vicinity you can visit: Certaldo (7km), characteristic the upper part of the town that offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside connected by a funicular; Castelfiorentino (7km), San Gimignano(20km), Volterra(40km).
The airports of Florence and Pisa are equidistant: about 50 minutes by car.
