The property is located in Breuil-Cervinia a popular ski resort nestled in the Italian Alps close to the Swiss border. The town is well-known for its beautiful mountain landscapes, excellent skiing opportunities and proximity to the iconic Matterhorn (Monte Cervino).
A haven for outdoor enthusiasts, in the winter the Matterhorn Ski Paradise (a 25-minute drive) provides slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all levels and during the summer, the resort transforms into a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, with plenty of marked trails. Adventurers can even cross into Zermatt, Switzerland, via the cross-border cable car and enjoy year-round glacier skiing at Plateau Rosa (a 25-minute drive).
